I received a damaged product ,what do I do?
If your product is damaged or tampered during shipping for reasons unknown, you can ship the item back to us and we will send a fresh item back to you without taking any extra charges.
I didn’t like the product,can I refund the product?
We try our level best to provide the best customer service without compromising on quality ever.
If in case your received apparel is not what you thought, then you can surely ship the product back to us and we will issue a full refund. Or you can also request an exchange and we will ship a new item by charging nothing much but just the delivery fee.
It’s not the product that matters more to us but your happiness and satisfaction.
Can i request an exchange or refund order?
We show several pictures of the final look of your product and our customer service agent will ask you for any changes you may want to make before the suit is dispatched.
We unfortunately can not accept exchange or refund for apparel if the product is designed exactly as you mentioned while placing order.
A full refund will certainly be provided if your item is damaged, not the size that you requested or has a fabric material that you did not order.
You can’t request or exchange when the suit is stitched.
